Once all work has been completed on your new roof and all invoiced have been  paid in full within 5 days of the due date you will be provided with up to two warranty cards if shingled(steel roofing materials have a 40 year paint warranty only and your invoice is what you need for that). One from the roofing material manufacture (BP). And also one from Roofsmith. This workmanship warranty will cover all of the labor involved in providing your home with a quality roof for 5 years.
